After the part cooled down, turn it flat

Use cutting oil!

Test fit for the fuel sender

Top mounting plate, drill a hole size 40mm

Check before using parts. 'QC =/ Good quality!'

But it looks quite well made...

Replaced the nuts & bolts with M5 RVS model

So far so good! Checked with an mulitmeter if the little white part does it job. OK we have + & - contact!
I did drill one hole a bit wrong so i had to fill her out so it would fit. But with a big washer you will hopefully not see it...
i'm a bit sick so working in the garage is not really on my mind. Sorry about that.

Fuel tank part 3

Test fit of the inner plate's

measuring the top plate. Ready for the milling & drilling proces!

Testfit of the ALU Fuel tank.

Nice fit just above the rear axle

Easy mounting hole's of the side. Taking the place of the original tank

I chose to extend the tank a bit to the rear so i could take more fuel.

But still have a very big trunk for a sports car.

Easy mounting hole's on the side
